Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for delivery in such cases.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer the following shipping options within Canada:

  • Standard Shipping (Canada Post/UPS): 7–10 business days.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather conditions, postal service disruptions, or other unforeseen factors.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all provinces and territories in Canada.
At this time, we do not ship internationally (outside Canada).

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly using the carrier’s website.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Lilasy.com is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
